Hello
First of all, thank you for your beautifull job, It looks beautifull and It’s very easy and clear to use. My question is: when do you finish the rest of the meanings of the cards and their combinations?
Thank you and greetings,
Paul
Thanks Paul. New meanings and combinations are added every week. I just posted the Mice and the Heart.
Good evening,
I have been learning a lot from your site and enjoying it very much – thank you for all the hard work you put in it !
I wanted to see if you could explain the meaning and differences between the Cartomancy, Traditional and Modern description schools you have written down. When to use which ? Or is there a decision to be made about which to follow, and then stick to that throughout one’s practice ?
I look forward to your response, thank you in advance !
Hi Michele! Very good question!! Thank you for asking!
The “cartomancy” column gives you the traditional meanings used for reading ordinary playing cards. The “traditional” column is about the Petit Lenormand Oracle’s equivalent for the same cartomantic card. The “modern” column describes more recent concepts like computers, networks, etc. They’re to give you an idea of what’s slowly been added over the years. I also wanted a comparison between the playing cards and Lenormand because I wanted to see if the cartomancy significations were similar or not, and they appear to be quite different.
Hope that helps!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Finally a good Lenormand source in English!
Thanks Bojana! I’m hoping to add some reviews of some of the other English resources out there at some point.
Until then, I hope you enjoy your studies.
Stephen
I am having a hard time deciphering a 7 card spread. Wondering if you can help?
Clouds Ship Cross Tower Woman Lily Garden
With regards to a business trip planned with a former lover.
Any insight would be appreciated – I worry I am reading these too positively?
Thanks!

Hi Stephanie,
I don’t typically give any interpretive advice in the comments section. Please feel free to join us on the forum though! You can join us at: http://forum.learnlenormand.com/
Stephen
Heart & garden means uncomitted and a player
Garden &. Heart meeting a lover and engagement party
I’m confused why does it have 2 different meaning????
Don’t take all those meaning as the only interpretations, they’re only there to help and give you an idea on how to interpret the combination’s meaning.
In the case of Heart + Garden, the heart card is defined by the Garden card. It’s a heart that’s set out to party, instead of taking things seriously (loves to party). Garden + Heart is about the Garden card being defined by the Heart card. A gathering of people that is happy and heartwarming. There’s a slight difference depending on what card is acting as the primary focus.
Hope this helps,
Stephen
the best site I’ve seen to explain it in all directions. thank you
You’re quite welcome!
Hi Wendy! Glad you enjoy the website!
I don’t have a book out, and if I did write one, it wouldn’t be on the Petit Lenormand. A lot of authors have tackled the issue, and there are a lot of good books on it already!
Warmest regards,
LE
